We were born from a problem nobody wanted to solve.

Every year, sales fall through for the same reasons: a missing certificate, a boundary that doesn't match the Cadastre, a licence that expired a decade ago.

Real estate agents, lawyers and administrative managers on the Costa Blanca ran into these problems again and again — and solving them wasn't their job. Nor was there anyone who handled it end to end: one technician for the certificate, another for the survey, a third for the Cadastre… with the agent in the middle, chasing everyone.

A+ Energy was founded in Calpe to be that missing piece: an engineering and architecture firm that brings every technical service of a property sale under one roof, with a portal where professionals manage each property, book appointments and receive documentation ready for the notary.

That is why we don't work for private individuals: our client is the professional. Buyers and sellers, always through their agent.
